Cape Cod Vacation

We took our first family vacation to Sandwich, Cape Cod this year.  The plan was to go with the flow and just relax as much as possible.  We had beautiful weather the entire week and the beach was almost a daily excursion.  We also took the kids to the Cape Cod Natural Museum and Aquarium.  It was a great time with the kids and our friends.  See you next summer Cape Cod!

Our pop-up tent was very useful for keeping the kids and mommies out of the sun.  Cate and Lucas loved playing in the baby pool.  Cate kept herself busy with eating sand and kept mommy busy trying to keep Cate from eating pebbles.

On the ocean side, we explored the beach at Hyannis and took a photo op with all the kiddies.  Morgan, Gwen, Cate, Lucas and Cooper were all smiles.

At the aquarium we saw lobsters, crabs, fish, scallops, and clams, or as Jeff would say "dinner".

At Sussett Beach the kids had a great time watching the hermit crabs, searching for starfish and playing in the sand.

Fun at the house included Morgan and Cooper partaking in sack races.  Although Cooper was always bested by Morgan, he had so much fun and always had the couldn't stop smiling.
